The Steel River Knives Spartan Mini is a compact out-the-front automatic folder that pairs a 2.75″ tanto plain-edge blade with a slim everyday-carry handle. The blade is forged from Real Damascus steel built up in 37 layers over a 440 stainless core, giving each knife its own layered pattern and a hard-working edge.
The tanto profile keeps the tip strong for piercing and detail work, while the OTF mechanism lets you deploy and retract the blade with one hand. The handle is machined from black aluminum zinc alloy, measures 4.25″ long, and brings the total weight to 4.50 oz – light enough for comfortable pocket carry without feeling toy-like in hand.
