Description
The Smith & Wesson Knives M&P Body Guard is a full-size tactical folding pocket knife built for everyday carry and demanding utility work. Part of Smith & Wesson’s M&P (Military & Police) knife line, the Body Guard pairs a no-nonsense tactical profile with field-proven materials at a value-driven price point.
The 5.26″ blade is cut from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel with a black finish, delivering a strong balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance, and easy resharpening. A plain edge profile offers clean, controlled slicing, and the integrated flipper tab allows fast one-hand opening when it counts.
The handle combines black steel with textured G10 scales for a confident, all-weather grip. A deep-carry pocket clip keeps the knife ready at hand, and a rear glass breaker rounds out a tough, work-ready folder that pulls double duty as an EDC and an emergency self-rescue tool.
At a 9.25″ overall length, the Body Guard offers full-size leverage in a package that still rides comfortably in the pocket – a practical, hard-use folder backed by one of the most trusted names in tactical cutlery.
