Description
The Winchester SXP Hybrid Hunter is a pump-action 12 Gauge shotgun purpose-built for waterfowl and late-season upland hunting. A 28-inch back-bored vent-rib barrel is paired with a 3-1/2-inch chamber to handle the longest magnum 12-gauge loads, while the TrueTimber Midnight digital camouflage on the fixed stock and forearm blends into flooded timber, marsh grass, and late-season cover. A gray-finished barrel and receiver top off the package, with a TruGlo fiber-optic front sight for fast target acquisition in low light.
This Hybrid Hunter holds a 4+1 capacity of 2-3/4-inch shells in the magazine tube. Overall length measures 49 inches with an unloaded weight of 7 lbs, giving a balanced carry in layout blinds or on the walk. A drop-out trigger group simplifies field maintenance, while the crossbolt safety and right-hand stock keep the controls intuitive for right-handed shooters.
Pattern versatility is handled by the standard Invector-Plus flush choke system, with three chokes included: Full, Improved Cylinder, and Modified – covering everything from tight-patterned extended-range goose work to wide close-quarters patterns on ducks and pheasants in heavy cover.
Whether you’re working a flooded slough for late-season ducks, patterning geese over decoys, or pushing through brushy cover for pheasants, the Winchester SXP Hybrid Hunter in TrueTimber Midnight is built to deliver when a 3-1/2-inch chamber earns its keep.
