Description
The Canik SFx Rival is a competition-ready, full-size 9mm Luger semi-automatic pistol built on Canik’s proven striker-fired platform. Designed for action-pistol, USPSA, and dynamic range use, the SFx Rival ships with a MeCanik MO2 red dot optic mounted to the slide, complemented by a fiber optic front sight and adjustable rear sight.
At the core of the pistol is a 5″ barrel mated to a ported and serrated slide finished in Rival Gray with distinctive gold accents. The slide porting reduces muzzle flip for faster follow-up shots, while the slide serrations provide a positive grip for press checks and manipulations. An overall length of 8.1″, height of 5.7″, and slide width of 1.41″ place the SFx Rival squarely in the full-size competition-pistol class.
The polymer frame keeps carry weight at 29.5 oz and houses a flat-face aluminum trigger, aggressive grip texturing, and interchangeable backstraps so the shooter can tune the grip to their hand. The pistol includes a loaded chamber indicator for a quick visual and tactile status check, and the SAO action provides a consistent single-action-only trigger pull from the first round to the last.
With an 18+1 capacity and two 18-round magazines included in the box, the SFx Rival delivers serious round counts for stage work and training sessions alike. This is Canik’s flagship competition pistol, packaged with a MeCanik MO2 optic so it arrives ready to run on the range.
