Description
The Savage 64 F is a semi-automatic .22 LR rimfire rifle purpose-built for plinking, small-game hunting, and casual target shooting. Fed from a smooth 10-round detachable box magazine, this Model 64 variant pairs a matte black carbon steel barreled action with a classic OD Green fixed synthetic stock for a traditional field look.
A 21-inch carbon steel barrel with a 1:16″ twist and matte black finish sits ahead of a grooved carbon steel receiver ready for rimfire scope mounts or optics. The rifle weighs 5 lbs and measures 40.50″ overall, making it a lightweight companion for the field or range.
Savage equips the 64 F with classic iron sights – a bead front paired with an open V-notch rear – along with a thumb safety for positive control. The fixed synthetic stock features cut checkering for grip and a 13.50″ length of pull. The right-hand configuration suits most shooters, and one 10-round detachable magazine is included.
