Description
The Savage 64 F is a semi-automatic rimfire rifle chambered in 22 LR, built around a 21″ carbon steel barrel with a 1:16″ twist and a 10+1 capacity. Long a go-to for affordable rimfire fun, the 64 F is a reliable plinker and small-game rifle that works equally well at the range, in the field, or as a starter gun for new shooters.
This full-size configuration pairs a matte black carbon steel barrel with a matte black grooved carbon steel receiver for a low-glare, utilitarian finish. Iron sights come standard, with a bead front and an open V notch rear for quick target acquisition right out of the box.
This particular 64 F variant stands out with a purple fixed synthetic stock, giving the rifle a distinctive look compared to more conventional offerings. The fixed synthetic stock keeps the rifle lightweight and ready for casual plinking and use in the field. A manual thumb safety provides an added layer of control. The rifle weighs 5 lbs and measures 40.50″ overall, making it a full-length rimfire that balances and handles comfortably.
Designed for right-hand shooters, the Savage 64 F ships with one 10-round detachable magazine and is ready for everything from bulk 22 LR plinking to small-game hunting and informal target shooting. Its reliable semi-automatic action keeps rounds cycling smoothly, making it a practical and approachable rimfire rifle for both newcomers and experienced shooters alike.
