Description
The Weatherby Select Plus line delivers premium factory hunting ammunition, pairing high-grade brass cases with carefully selected projectiles for hunters who demand accuracy and terminal performance at extended range. This particular loading is chambered in 28 Nosler and drives a 150 grain Swift Scirocco II bonded spitzer boat-tail bullet at a 3,200 fps muzzle velocity, producing 3,410 ft lbs of muzzle energy.
The 28 Nosler is a high-performance 7mm-class cartridge with a 3.34″ maximum case length and substantial case capacity capable of pushing large, high ballistic-coefficient bullets at impressive velocities. The Swift Scirocco II projectile features a signature black tip and is designed for long-range efficiency, carrying velocity and energy effectively downrange. Its high ballistic coefficient makes it an excellent choice for hunters pursuing big game at long range across open country.
Each box contains 20 rounds, and ten boxes make up a full 200-round case. Select Plus ammunition is loaded with brass cases and boxer primers for shooters who may want to reload.
