Description
The Weatherby Select Plus in 300 PRC is a premium factory hunting load built around a 205-grain Jacketed Hollow Point projectile, designed to take full advantage of the 300 PRC’s long, heavy-bullet performance window for long-range hunting and precision shooting.
The 300 PRC (Precision Rifle Cartridge) is a modern, fast-twist magnum specifically optimized for today’s high-ballistic-coefficient long-range projectiles. This Select Plus load drives the 205 gr JHP from the muzzle at 2900 fps, generating 3828 ft lbs of muzzle energy for flat trajectories and strong downrange energy retention on big game such as elk, moose, and bear.
This is new production, factory-loaded rifle ammunition from Weatherby’s Select Plus lineup, intended for use in modern long-range hunting and precision rifle platforms chambered in 300 PRC.
