This is the Ruger Mark I II III sear, factory parts A19 and A01901, for Ruger’s .22 pistols through the Mark III generation.
Ruger’s own parts catalog groups the Mark I, Mark II and Mark III together and lists the Mark IV separately. The Mark IV was redesigned in 2016 around its one-button takedown and does not share these internals. Across the earlier three generations the fire control carried through, and the 22/45 differs only in its polymer grip frame and magazine.

Fitting: This is a fire control part. Have it fitted by a gunsmith and function-check the pistol on an empty chamber before loading. Confirm the sear holds the hammer at full cock, that the hammer does not follow the bolt, that the pistol fires one round per trigger pull, and that the safety holds in both positions.

Condition: Used, in an even silver-grey finish with the original machining marks still visible across the flats. No rust or pitting. Bright wear shows along the top of the sear bar and on the nose face from normal cycling. The pivot bore is round and clean. There is light casting or machining roughness around the mouth of the bore and along one lower edge, present from manufacture rather than damage, and no cracking anywhere on the body. The part is straight and true.
