The Taser 7 CQ from Taser is a conducted electrical weapon purpose-built for Home Defense. This Black/Yellow model (MPN 20285) delivers a 12-foot effective range, a 5-second cycle per deployment, and a two-shot capability, with contact stun backup for zero-distance use.
The Taser 7 CQ is configured exclusively for close-quarter 12-degree TASER 7 cartridges and is not compatible with the standoff (3.5-degree) cartridges. The CQ setup provides a 93% increased probe spread at close range, ideal for indoor defensive scenarios. The unit is firmware upgradeable for future capability updates and features adaptable laser sights.
