Description
The XS Sights R3D 2.0 Night Sights deliver a traditional 3-dot tritium sight picture optimized for low-light defensive and tactical carry. Designed to fit Glock 17 and Glock 19 pistols, this front/rear set pairs a square green tritium front sight surrounded by a high-contrast green outline ring with a serrated green tritium rear notch, giving the shooter a fast, intuitive sight picture day or night.
Built around a CNC machined steel housing finished in a low-glare black finish, the R3D 2.0 is engineered for hard duty use. The rear sight features a wide 0.170″ notch and aggressive serrations that cut glare and increase contrast against the front blade. XS Sights advertises the rear lamps as 50% brighter tritium versus the original R3D, while the dual-illuminated front combines a tritium vial with a photoluminescent glow dot that absorbs ambient light and continues to glow when the lights go down.
Installation is straightforward thanks to XS Sights’ EasyPress design – no gunsmithing, no filing, and no hammering required. Drop the front and rear into the factory dovetails and press in. Whether you run a Gen 1-5 Glock 17/19-pattern pistol for duty, home defense, or everyday carry, the R3D 2.0 gives you a proven tritium night sight solution without giving up the familiar 3-dot sight picture many shooters prefer over a red dot.
