Description
The Caldwell Claymore Solo is a compact, lightweight clay target thrower built for solo trap and sporting clays practice. Its steel frame is finished in a high-visibility Black/Yellow scheme, and the design focuses on a single goal: getting clay targets airborne quickly, reliably, and without a helper.
The Solo’s standout feature is a unique foot pedal release that takes the place of the pull-cords and trip strings found on most compact throwers. Load the target, step back to your shooting position, and tap the pedal to launch a clay on demand. That hands-free operation makes it easier to work through a round of trap or five-stand by yourself, and it keeps your focus on the shooting instead of on a launcher across the field.
At roughly 23.25 lbs, the Claymore Solo is light enough to be carried out to your preferred station on the range, then set up quickly for a session. The compact footprint and rugged steel construction make it equally at home on a permanent trap line or stashed in the truck for a casual afternoon of clay-busting.
