Description
The Breakthrough Clean BT-CR40 is a 40-inch 4-piece premium cleaning rod designed to clear fouling from the barrels of handguns, rifles, and shotguns. Each section threads together with a standard 8-32 thread pattern, letting you swap between shorter pistol work and full-length rifle and shotgun cleaning without needing a separate tool.
Built around an aluminum handle for comfortable grip and control while pushing patches and brushes through the bore, the rod reaches a full 40″ when assembled – long enough to handle just about any centerfire rifle or magnum-length shotgun – and breaks down into 4 pieces for compact storage in a range bag or cleaning kit. The rod sections carry a black oxide coating for corrosion resistance and smooth passage through the bore, while the universal 8-32 thread accepts the full range of standard cleaning attachments, including bore brushes, jag adapters, and patch holders, so you can build out a complete cleaning routine around a single rod.
