Description
The Samson Quick Flip Front Sight (A2) is a purpose-built backup iron sight for the AR-15 platform, machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in Mil-Spec Type III Class 2 hard coat anodized black for lasting corrosion resistance. The Q-Flip series uses an oversized push-button spring deploy action that snaps the sight up positively and locks it in place for a fast, repeatable return to irons when paired with a red dot or low-power optic.
Designed for M4 co-witness height, the A2-profile front sight post sits at the correct elevation to align through most rear-mounted optics. It attaches to any standard 1913 Picatinny rail using the included stainless steel clamping lever, giving a secure mount without permanent modifications. The sight accepts all aftermarket front sight post replacements built to Mil-Spec dimensions, so users can swap in tritium, elevation-adjustable, or aftermarket posts as needed.
Whether you are running a flat-top AR-15 as a primary fighting rifle or keeping a defensive carbine topped with an optic, this Samson flip-up front sight provides a reliable, low-profile iron backup that stays out of the way until you need it.
