Description
The Bergara B-14 HMR (Hunting and Match Rifle) is a purpose-built bolt-action built for both serious hunters and long-range competition shooters. Chambered in the flat-shooting 7mm PRC, this B-14 pairs a 24″ free-floated 4140 CrMo steel barrel with a stainless steel receiver and a smooth Cerakote finish, giving it the accuracy backbone of a precision rig in a hunting-ready package.
The barrel is cut with a 1:8″ twist to stabilize the long, high-BC bullets the 7mm PRC was designed around, and is threaded 5/8×24 for a suppressor or muzzle brake, protected out of the box by a thread protector. The action is a traditional bolt-action layout that accepts standard Remington 700-style rings and bases, making scope mounting straightforward.
Feeding is handled by a 5-round AICS-style detachable magazine, giving the rifle a 5+1 capacity. The adjustable HMR synthetic stock features an integrated cheek riser and length-of-pull spacers so the shooter can dial in fit for both prone and field shooting positions, and the overall length comes in at 45.5″ with a carry weight of 9.70 lbs. The rifle is set up for right-hand shooters.
