Description
The Christensen Arms Traverse is a precision bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, purpose-built for hunters and long-range shooters who demand accuracy without a punishing weight penalty. At the core of the Traverse is a 24″ 416R stainless steel light target contour barrel wrapped in aerograde carbon fiber for superior rigidity and reduced overall weight, finished in natural stainless and free-floated for consistent shot-to-shot harmonics.
The action rides on an aluminum receiver topped with an integrated optics base, feeding from a 4-round detachable magazine for a 4+1 capacity. The TriggerTech trigger delivers clean, repeatable pulls whether you’re punching paper at the range or threading a round through tight timber.
The Black with Gray Webbing stock uses a Monte Carlo profile with a raised comb for proper cheek weld behind mounted optics, and includes an underside rail section for bipod or accessory mounting. A threaded barrel terminates in a baffle brake to tame felt recoil, and is suppressor-ready right out of the box. The rifle measures 45.25″ overall, weighs 7.30 lbs, is set up for right-hand use, and carries a 1:8 twist optimized for the wide spread of 6.5 Creedmoor bullet weights.
