Description
The CMMG Dissent MK4 is a 9mm Luger semi-auto pistol built around CMMG’s patent-pending Compact Action, which houses the recoil system inside the upper receiver for a remarkably short, pistol-class platform. This configuration pairs a 10.50″ barrel with an 18.70″ overall length and a Midnight Bronze finished receiver, making it a versatile choice for home defense, a truck gun, or packable PDW-style use.
The Dissent MK4 ships with a 33-round detachable magazine, giving it a 33+1 capacity right out of the box. The included high-capacity magazine delivers the impressive round count that sets this pistol apart from typical 9mm handguns.
Up front, the pistol wears a 9.60″ M-LOK handguard for accessory mounting, paired with CMMG’s Zeroed linear compensator to help tame muzzle rise and felt recoil during rapid strings of fire. The left-side charging handle keeps the operating controls off the typical right-hand firing grip, and an ambidextrous safety makes the platform equally usable by right- and left-handed shooters. A TriggerTech trigger comes standard from the factory.
Sights are optic ready, with a Picatinny rail section on the upper receiver for mounting red dots or other optics. The included Picatinny brace adapter on the rear of the receiver allows the user to attach a pistol stabilizing brace. Controls are rounded out with black polymer grips, keeping the package in the 4 lb to 4.99 lb weight range.
Whether you’re looking for a feature-rich 9mm pistol for range use, a compact defensive option, or a unique addition to a pistol-caliber platform collection, the CMMG Dissent MK4 brings a distinctive blend of short dimensions, modern features, and high-capacity performance to the table.
