Description
The Cold Steel Sjambok is Cold Steel’s modern synthetic reimagining of the classic South African herding whip, built as a versatile personal protection and utility tool. This 42″ overall whip pairs a thick injection-molded polymer lash with a soft-grip Kray-Ex handle in matching black.
Designed for users who want the snap and reach of a traditional leather sjambok without the weather-related maintenance, the injection-molded polymer lash measures 1/2″ in diameter and delivers an authoritative sting. The Kray-Ex handle provides a comfortable, secure grip in wet or dry conditions, while the all-synthetic build shrugs off rain, humidity, and temperature swings that would damage leather.
At just 13.5 oz, the Sjambok is light enough to carry comfortably yet heavy enough to deliver real impact when used as a whip, riding crop, or self-defense tool. Made in Taiwan to Cold Steel’s specifications.
