It pairs a heavy-duty black polymer frame with an integrated Picatinny accessory rail and a black powder-coated, YC9-styled serrated steel slide that gives the pistol a much more modern, duty-pistol profile than Hi-Point’s classic C/Y-series handguns.
At the core of the JXP10 is a 5.20″ steel barrel cut with .578×28 threads for easy mounting of a compensator or suppressor. The pistol is +P rated, so it is fully approved for hot-loaded 10mm defensive ammunition. A proven blowback action cycles cleanly with both standard and +P 10mm loads, and feeding is handled by a 10-round detachable magazine for a 10+1 total capacity.
The slide wears Hi-Point’s YC9-styled profile with aggressive front and rear serrations for press checks and manipulations, and is topped with Hi-Point’s upgraded sighting system: a red dot ready adjustable rear sight paired with a Glock-compatible front sight, allowing easy aftermarket sight or optic swaps.
