The Hornady Match line of reloading bullets delivers match-grade accuracy for competitive shooters and precision rifle enthusiasts. This 6.5mm (.264) projectile weighs 123 grains and features a Boat Tail Hollow Point (BTHP) profile optimized for consistent, repeatable downrange performance.
Each bullet is built around Hornady’s signature AMP (Advanced Manufacturing Process) jacket, producing virtually zero runout and near-zero wall thickness variation. The copper jacket wraps a lead core, and the hollow point cavity combined with the tapered boat-tail base produces a high ballistic coefficient of .506 and a sectional density of .252. These projectiles are a top choice for match-grade handloads where repeatable seating depth and concentricity are critical.
