Description
The Lehigh Defense Controlled Chaos is a monolithic, lead-free .284-caliber reloading bullet weighing 142 gr, designed for the 7mm-08 Remington, 280 Remington, and 7x57mm Mauser. Solid copper construction delivers identical weight and concentricity from bullet to bullet, with a ballistic coefficient of .477 and a sectional density of .252.
The Controlled Chaos design is engineered to defeat intermediate barriers without premature expansion. The bullet resists fragmentation on hard barriers such as drywall, then deploys its fluted base petals in a controlled radial pattern on soft-tissue impact to produce a wide wound cavity. That barrier-blind behavior makes the bullet equally suitable for defense, tactical, and hunting applications.
Each projectile measures 1.375″ overall length. Bullets are packaged 50 per box and manufactured in the USA.
