Description
The Rock River Arms LAR-BT3 Varmint is a precision-oriented .308 Winchester semi-auto rifle built on RRA’s LAR-BT3 (Big Three) AR-10-pattern platform. Designed around a heavy-contour 20″ stainless bull barrel with a 1:10″ twist, this rifle is purpose-built for long-range varmint and predator hunting, target work, and tactical applications where barrel rigidity and sustained accuracy matter.
The action runs on a gas-operated semi-auto system paired with an RRA two-stage match trigger and a safety selector switch. Up top, the rifle wears a black billet aluminum receiver finished in Blued/Black, while the forend is dressed with a 17″ M-LOK handguard for clean, modular accessory mounting. The stock is an OEM NSP-2 carbine stock, paired with a Hogue overmolded grip for positive, repeatable handling in any position.
With an overall length of 37.25″-39.75″ and a weight of 9.80 lbs, the LAR-BT3 Varmint sits steady on a bench or packs comfortably on a hunt. Magazine capacity is 20+1 in .308 Win. No iron sights are included, allowing the shooter to mount their preferred optic directly to the flattop upper. Right-hand configuration, made in the USA by Rock River Arms.
