Description
The Ruger Hawkeye FTW Hunter is a precision bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, purpose-built for hunters and long-range shooters who demand accuracy from a rugged, all-weather package. This full-size configuration pairs a 24″ matte stainless steel threaded barrel with a stainless steel receiver topped with a Picatinny rail for easy optics mounting, and it ships new from the factory.
At the heart of the action is Ruger’s signature non-rotating, Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor, paired with a hinged solid-steel floorplate for reliable feeding and easy unloading. The crisp LC6 trigger and classic three-position safety provide a familiar, controllable feel in the field. The steel barrel features a 1:8″ RH twist and is threaded at the muzzle for the included Ruger Muzzle Brake System so shooters can manage recoil or step up to a suppressor.
The rifle wears a speckled tan/black HS Precision synthetic stock built for stability from prone and bench-rest positions, with an overall length of 45.75″ and a weight of 8.10 lbs. It feeds from a 4+1 internal box magazine, ships without iron sights, and is configured for right-hand shooters. The Hawkeye FTW Hunter carries an engraved FTW Hunter logo on the floorplate and is ready for your optic of choice.
