The Ruger LCP Max is an ultra-compact concealed-carry pistol chambered in .380 ACP and built around Ruger’s patented barrel-cam geometry, which delays unlocking and slows the slide to noticeably tame felt recoil in this class. This configuration pairs a matte stainless steel serrated slide with a black polymer frame that features an integrated serrated trigger guard, giving the slide positive tactile purchase while the two-tone appearance sets this model apart from its all-black siblings.
The 2.80″ black oxide steel barrel feeds a 10+1 round single-stack magazine with extension, putting the LCP Max at the top of the .380 ACP micro-pistol category for capacity. Despite the added round count, the chassis keeps a slim profile that’s easy to pocket or appendix-carry. Raised cocking ears on the black nylon grip frame make the slide easier to run, and the Ruger Internal Safety System keeps the pistol drop-safe with no manual lever to disengage.
