Description: Rugged Suppressors Obsidian45, Modular Direct Thread Suppressor, .578-28 Threads. The Obsidian45 suppressor series from Rugged Suppressors is the versatile easy-to-use can for .45 ACP suppression. The suppressor is constructed with a 17-4 stainless steel mount, 17-4 stainless baffles and an aluminum tube – both the tube and mount feature a high-temp black Cerakote finish. The Obsidian45 features a very strong .578″ x 28 TPI direct thread mount piston to ensure quality operation without sacrificing performance. This suppressor fits rifles or pistols chambered for calibers up to .45 ACP and is rated for belt-fed fire. The suppressor’s length can easily be reduced from 8.6″ (12.8oz.) to 6.7″ (10.7oz.) to fit your suppression / loadout needs. The Obsidian45 has a tube diameter of 1.37″. Obsidian45
The Obsidian45 is the quietest 45 suppressor on the market and is rated for practically all center-fire pistol calibers, along with common lever action calibers. The ADAPT Module gives you 2 lengths in one suppressor, for ultimate versatility.

ADAPT Modular Technology
Now you don’t have to choose between a short suppressor and a long one. ADAPT Modular Technology allows the Obsidian45 to have two configurations, so that you can have a shorter and lighter suppressor in seconds compared to months.
Keyed Baffles
Baffles of the Obsidian45 are machined from 17-4 Stainless Steel barstock, with two indexing tabs for proper alignment. With serviceability in mind the Obsidian baffles create a gas seal that virtually eliminates carbon build up between the baffles and tube.
Non-Slotted Piston
The Obsidian45 uses a non-slotted design creating a full circumference gas seal. This drastically lowers gas blowback for a more enjoyable shooting experience. Obsidian45 pistons are cross compatible with SilencerCo slotted pistons.
Revolutionary Mounting System
The Obsidian45 mount is machined from 17-4 Stainless Steel barstock. The engraving is strategically placed on the thickest cross section of the 17-4 stainless steel mount for fast and easy replacement should the suppressor become damaged beyond repair, it also serves to make the Obsidian9 infinitely upgradeable in the future.
Parts Compatibility
The Obsidian45 is fully compatible with Obsidian9 accessories. Pistons, Fixed Mounts, Fixed Barrel Spacers and 3 Lug Mounts all are interchangeable with the Obsidian45!
