Description
The Sig Sauer Zulu6 HDX 16x42mm binocular delivers premium long-range glassing performance in a compact, rugged package. Built around a lightweight Flat Dark Earth magnesium housing, this roof-prism binocular features HDX glass with Sig Sauer’s SpectraCoat and LensArmor lens coatings for enhanced light transmission, resolution, and definition across the field of view.
The standout feature is the integrated Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) system with two user-selectable modes that compensate for hand shake and vibration when glassing off hand. This makes the Zulu6 HDX especially valuable at higher magnifications where even minor movement can disrupt the view of distant subjects.
With 16x magnification and a 42mm objective, the Zulu6 HDX delivers a 3.80 degree field of view and 14mm of eye relief. Power is supplied by a single AA battery with a peak runtime of 30 hours and a 10-minute auto shutoff to preserve battery life in the field.
The binocular measures 7.08″ overall and weighs 21.90 oz. It is fully waterproof for dependable use in adverse weather and ships with a protective case included.
