The Springfield Armory Mil-Spec 1911-A1 is an outstanding modern-day version of this semi-automatic pistol that has been a favorite now for over 100 years. Built on a full sized forged steel frame and slide, this single action only pistol has a match grade barrel, a standard spur hammer and standard grip safety. It has fixed 3-dot combat sights, and a short military combat trigger true to the original 1911-A1 design. It comes with a pair of cross-cannon emblazed checkered walnut grips.
