Description
The Spyderco Delica 4 Lightweight pairs a compact everyday-carry frame with Spyderco’s signature Round Hole opener and an integrated Emerson Wave hook that catches the pocket seam for lightning-fast one-hand deployment as the knife is drawn. The high saber-ground blade profile, lightweight FRN build, and reliable back lock have made the Delica 4 one of the most popular EDC folders on the market.
The 2.9″ blade is cut from VG-10 stainless steel with a high saber grind and a plain edge, finished satin for easy sharpening and corrosion resistance. A back lock secures the blade in the open position, skeletonized stainless liners trim carry weight, and the four-position pocket clip supports tip-up or tip-down carry on either side of the handle.
Handle scales are molded in FRN (fiberglass-reinforced nylon) in a blue-gray tone, finished with the high-visibility Yellow Bi-Directional Texturing pattern for confident grip in any orientation. Closed length is 4.25″ with an overall length of 7.125″ when open, blade thickness of 0.093″, and a total carry weight of just 2.3 oz. The Delica 4 Lightweight Emerson Opener is made in Japan to Spyderco’s exacting standards.
