Description
The TriStar Cypher is a refined over/under break-open shotgun chambered in 16 Gauge, designed for upland hunting and clay target sports. The Cypher pairs classic lines with practical field features in a well-balanced two-round package.
At the heart of the Cypher is a 28″ blued steel barrel topped with a vent rib for a clean sight picture, fed by a 2.75″ chamber that handles standard 16-gauge target and field loads. The barrel is fitted with a bright fiber optic front sight for quick target acquisition. The action is built around a stainless steel receiver for corrosion resistance and long service life, paired with auto ejectors that fire spent hulls as the action is opened.
A traditional top-tang safety is easy to reach from either shoulder, and the ambidextrous configuration makes the Cypher equally at home with right- or left-handed shooters. The stock is a classic fixed Turkish walnut with a warm brown finish that complements the blued-and-stainless metalwork.
With a 2-round capacity, an overall length of 45.50″, and a weight of 6.40 lbs, the Cypher handles quickly and points naturally. The package includes five extended chokes – Full, Improved Cylinder, Improved Modified, Modified, and Skeet – covering a wide range of upland and clay target scenarios right out of the box.
