This is the Winchester trigger guard, factory part 4018, for the New Model 70A and Model 770 bolt action rifles.
The 770 sat between Winchester’s Model 670 and the Model 70, taking features from both, and was later re-designated the Model 70A — which is why one guard serves both names. It was built from 1969, in standard calibers from .222 Remington to .30-06 and in a magnum version.
Included: Trigger guard only, the exact part pictured.

- Winchester New Model 70A
- Winchester Model 770
Does not fit the Winchester Model 70, which takes its own parts.
Fitting: Have a qualified gunsmith fit this if you are not comfortable doing so yourself.

Condition:
Used. Black finish largely intact with light scuffing and scattered handling marks. Guard bow round and true with no bends or spread. Screw holes clean, bearing faces flat and unmarked. No cracks or distortion. See photos.
