Description

Additional information

This is the Mossberg Ejector, part no. 1192, for the Mossberg 320, 340, 341, 342, 640, 642K and 144LS bolt-action .22 rifles and the New Haven rifles built on the same action.

One ejector covers a wide span of Mossberg’s bolt-action rimfires — single-shot, clip-fed, carbine, the .22 WMR magnums and the 144LS target rifle all share it. New Haven is Mossberg’s economy brand, so the 220 and 240 are the same rifles under a different rollmark and take the same part.

Included: One of the ejectors pictured. Sold individually.

Fits:

Mossberg 340, 341
Mossberg 640, 642K
Mossberg 342
Mossberg 320
Mossberg 144LS
New Haven 220, 240

Fitting: The ejector kicks the fired case clear once the extractor has drawn it from the chamber, so a worn, bent or incorrectly seated ejector shows up as cases that fall back into the action, hang on the port, or eject weakly. After installation, cycle dummy rounds by hand at both slow and normal bolt speed and confirm the case clears the ejection port every time before firing.

Please note: Buyer is responsible for verifying correct fit for their specific firearm. Installation should be performed by a qualified gunsmith. Please review all photos, as they are part of the description and show the actual item you will receive.

Condition: Used ejectors in a matte gray steel finish, with original machining marks visible across the flats and in the milled channels. Wear shows as light darkening and small scattered specks, with no rust or pitting. The raised ledge and formed edges are crisp with no chipping, the threaded hole is clean and full, and both parts are true with no bends.
