This is the Stevens No. 105 peep sight elevation screw, the knurled adjustment screw from the tang peep sight.
The No. 105 was the standard sight across a wide span of the Stevens and Springfield .22 line, from the 419 Junior Target Rifle through the Buckhorn bolt actions and semi-autos — one sight covering ten rifles, which is why a single screw fits the lot.
Included: Elevation screw only, the exact part pictured.

Condition: Used, with the dark factory finish largely intact and even. Knurling on the head is sharp and unrounded. The screwdriver slot is clean with square, unburred edges and no camming damage. Threads are full and undamaged with no galling, bent starts or crossed leads. A little light scuffing on the shoulder and one small mark on the body.
