This is the Rossi Yoke for .38 Special revolvers, the version taking a .225 inch diameter extractor rod.
Amadeo Rossi built these revolvers in Brazil and sold them into the United States through a succession of importers, which is why the same guns turn up under three different names — Firearms International in the 1960s and early 1970s, Garcia Corporation over much the same period, and Interarms from 1978 into the late 1990s. Model numbers repeat across importers, so match on the extractor rod diameter rather than on the name stamped on the gun.
Measure before ordering. This yoke takes a .225 inch extractor rod. Check the diameter of the rod in your revolver against that figure.

Fitting: The yoke carries the cylinder and swings it out of the frame. It is a fitted part rather than a drop-in replacement, so expect a gunsmith to fit this one to your revolver. A yoke that is bent, worn or incorrectly fitted shows up as a cylinder that binds on closing, will not latch, or sits out of alignment with the barrel. After fitting, check with the gun empty that the cylinder swings freely, closes and latches without force, turns without drag, and locks up in line on every chamber before loading.

Condition: Used yoke with finish wear but with no rust or pitting. The arbor is straight and true, the bearing surfaces are clean, and the frame arm is undistorted with no bends.
