This is the Bernardelli Sear, sold with its pin, fitting the Vincenzo Bernardelli Model 60, 80, 90, 100 and USA pocket pistols in .22 LR, .32 ACP and .380 ACP.
Chambering does not change this part. Parts suppliers catalog the 80, 90 and 100 as a single group covering all three calibers, because they are the same blowback frame wearing different barrels and slides. The Model USA is the US-market designation for the 80 — owners and collectors use the two names interchangeably.

Does not fit: The Bernardelli VB Baby in .22 Short/Long or .25 ACP — a smaller, separate frame cataloged as its own parts family. Also does not fit the PO-18 / P-018, PO-10 or P-100 service pistols, which are unrelated designs.
Fitting: This is a fire control part and should be fit by a qualified gunsmith. Compare the sear nose, the pivot hole and the pin against what comes out of your pistol before installing. After assembly, function check on an empty gun before loading: confirm the hammer holds at full cock and at half cock, that it does not drop when the frame is bumped, that the trigger resets between cycles, and that the safety functions in both positions. Watch for hammer follow and failure to reset. Owners of these pistols also report sear-to-magazine interference at half cock on some examples, where the sear protrudes into the magazine well and the magazine will not seat fully — worth checking with an empty magazine once the sear is in. Do not load the pistol until it passes.

Condition: Used, in original blued steel with the finish intact and even across both pieces. The as-machined surface texture is still visible on the flats and the top face — that roughness is how the part was made, not damage. No rust, no pitting, no chips. Edges are crisp, the sear nose is square with no rounding or peening, and the pivot hole is round with clean, unworn bore walls. The pin is straight and full diameter, with light bright tracks along its length from normal seating.
