This is the ROHM RG Model 66 hand and spring, for Röhm’s single-action .22 revolver.
The hand rises as the hammer is cocked and bears on the ratchet at the rear of the cylinder, turning it to the next chamber. Its length and the spring behind it govern timing — whether the cylinder reaches each chamber and locks before the hammer comes to full cock.
Röhm built the Model 66 at Sontheim an der Brenz and, after the Gun Control Act of 1968 closed the import route, at the company’s Miami plant as RG Industries. Guns carry either marking and often both.
Many Model 66s shipped with a pair of cylinders, one in .22 LR and one in .22 WMR, which is what the M designation refers to. The same hand serves either.

Fitting: Replacing the hand affects timing. Have it fitted by a gunsmith and check the revolver on empty chambers before loading. Confirm the cylinder carries fully to each chamber and the stop drops into its notch before the hammer reaches full cock, at every chamber, with no drag or over-rotation.

Condition: Used. The hand is white steel, unfinished as made, with light grey scuffing overall and a small dark mark near the upper edge. The tip that bears on the ratchet is unrounded and unchipped, the body is flat with no bend or twist, and the pivot boss is square and unpeened. The spring is straight through the body with a clean bend at the hooked end, no kink and no set.
